The things you find left behind

Fold a napkin into two
Put it between your four fingers and grasp
Wipe away the everlasting mess
See how much gets up in the first swipe
It's full of dead skin cells and ad sales
Before we got to it, the hallway was over filled
With coffee tables stacked on either walls
And a slew of coffee cups placed around the walk way
The view was irresistibly horrid It turned stomachs
It hurt two ways Filth and uncleanliness
Or
You remember when you had to climb over garbage bags of hand me downs and childhood nick knacks
The ones you sold for a new phone
The little memories come for even littler moments
You fleet And dodge the days that stack up
Each and every one
Hoping the start will drive difference
By repetition
With a new look
With being at a place until your being has a presence on that location that stays
Change dimensions
Turn the view a few
And squint your eyes like the sun is in your blind spot
The loss of sight drives for at least one solution
Control becomes meaningful if we can hide a harbor full of culture
A community works and waits
The streets run perpendicular
The compass is foreign
The directions written on printer paper left in the tray
Dangling
Now you're on your way

New ones form

From the distance on a rope
Braided with hope
Pulled tight with a grip
Made the strands twist
Made the tug snug
And now it lays as a rug
To the tether with a straight
The tension performed by henchmen
Blessing bestow messages
Excellence reflects essence
Time to key a sea ring
Dangle it
Like we dangle you
Two shoes no new new none too soon
The lines cross
And the spokes came off
The line a new you
Found the radian
Blew dreams like I'm ten again
Sew seeds to grow teams
So we can meet in the middle
No city no direction no misses no exits
Long lust livid jokes unforgiving
A new frame of mind A new name that isn't mine
A few crimes paid with a dime
A new time replaced the grime
We just built it in the sky
A few feet it's not that high
Know it all I've seen the fall
Good leafs bound to a cycle
Shaded me from the light
Let me sip my rum
Without the nuance of getting talked to
I'm an isolated incident
From the millennium celebrations
I witness the panic at a time when you have to be down on your luck to be less then what I am
A few pennies spent and a new memory went

To water during a storm

The metal bands of a wedding ring
The sites seen through a tv screen
The route blurred when we quit to talk
The mouths stirred under Christmas fog
Because the weight of the snow matched the lines on the road
The one we took for detour
Last spoke on the see saw
New thoughts on humility
Kept shut in a dinner room
Much luck waiting for lashes bloom
I think the feeling is close to a silhouette
Roaming naked through a mall outlet
Hearing whispers and skipping silver
A carp swam up the river
To meet A tree, my feet
Sprawled out on the tile floor
Webbed foot body pressing on a door
And arms to my side
The barber cut off my pride
Long hairs divided
Now no surprises
An uprise is what I eyed
It's what I saw
A hunkered down bicycle
Rusty pedals taken by the brush
The branches intertwined while the sunset slithered by
Two lights passed throughout
One source call it an only resource

Is it open?

Truly to look inside and be a neighbor
Is like four year olds committing misbehavior
It's safer then savior a and goal saves
A mirror of Minutemen a multitude of minor criminals
It's subliminal to distinguish from my interior
Even when the balls roll down the lane
The place isn't quiet
You'll find the science in everything
A molecular wedding ring
Gone just to drop even
Loved when I could relive in all the four seasons
Breaks between the intervals
Paragraphs in the margins
Lonely hills and an empty train
Pulling two miles all the same
I remember my moms face the first time I could drive
A few houses down
Laying clothing out to dry
The roads like pillows
The lawns begin when courage ends
Time is the culprit the men above hours
Linked to a fuse box plowing through the walls
Breathe the same air
Write a complaint out with no name
My dues are my duty
The clouds look identical
In a minute they'll be, my senses, dull
Share a lake with fake water
Open with a surprise
Open a window smell the shape
Honestly I'm over snakes
Sin is free
I am made

For the good ones

On occasion two things pass and don't respond
Loose lipped magnets lie waiting to attract
The sights we've seen and all that lasts
Mind the time but don't mine my mind
Lines and grime, new sock flew off choose often
Feel what you can even when you know it's wrong
Lust divides and sides with the slope
I'm mostly a friend wouldn't say the end
But perception bends at the will
The belt buckle opens pass it on look news
I wave down a hallway at an object
Pick and choose your own blues
But mines a lamp because light shows me that the dust stirs around the room
My feet stick like glue to the tile spun drudge
Now I'm catching balance phonetically
Sound it out who the hell are we
I
why did I slip out of my shoes
Left behind
Temptation is trivial when you want your slate so clean
Flirt around a table never turn it it was never stable
Bring in the friends and relatives
Eyes matching shirts all feel the same
I'm covered in trash horny and the games boring
I'm blowing up
Like the soothsayer sways I'm seeing enough to keep gods away
Crept to me like pests
Bound to me in a crest
It dangles from my chest and speaks
I'm a man I'm a man
I'll be damned if I let the liver squash the plans
I'm an okay dude with a skewed attitude
Like the rest
I'm screwed on a skew
And I ski when I flea
I'll play the pet peeve
Because I sleep with my knees
I bleed when I foresee
An accident
Like the back it went around
And a round shape shows me a cassette tape
Of the old things they made
The dreams that behaved.

It's difficult

I'll try and pass the carrots
Buddha would just touch my hand
Real on imaginary actions
The fork could hardly pierce roots
So thick with age
The tell tale stage, once awaken
Now it's better when baked
Butter in between a few
Better remember the difference between you
The last you I saw and the new one that called
Days past but the orders the same
Lies last when feelings are supposed to
The two deck it out anyways
Because there can only be one
The truth and the try
The months that passed as we just sighed
I'm no middle man but I better plan to hold back a few hands
But mostly its just words
They think they mean something in the burbs
They think they hold power
They hold less then flowers
They mean a mess but don't float
Lost in last second
This firmly lit picture
Put between binding
Your between brides
Mountainous eyes drove home the answer
Through a small wave of gnats
Flown in your personal space
Mostly between your eyes and ears
The friends that are just a presence
Swallow up your senses
Who is going to drive me home now?
No one in better shape
The shape of a grape
The taste in a shower
The momentum of clearance
The depth in a collection of memories
The waste of actions and the sight of a face
Tempered humility winded looking over a cliff
Sees two years already old

There's a few over for dinner

I'll try and pass the carrots
If Buddha would just touch my hand
Real on imaginary actions
The fork could hardly pierce roots
So thick with age
The tell tale stage, once awaken
Now it's better when baked
Butter in between a few
